Dash came to rescue with a love for life and a damaged leg. As it turns out Dash had already been through extensive surgery for a badly broken leg. While he may not have much use of the leg there are no surgical options to make it better. It doesn't slow him down much but it does make it hard to get up from the floor or to run on slick surfaces. Dash loves children and small dogs and he sooo wants to play. This dog has so much love to give and his disability has not dampened his spirit at all.
Lady has come to rescue because her family was in a tragic car accident and left unable to care for her. You can tell she has come from a loving family and has adjusted well to foster care. She is a mature lady who still has plenty of spunk. She currently is enjoying her life with her foster sisters and loves the affection of the big kids in the home. She is a sweet girl who deserves a loving FURever home to spend her golden years.
FUREVER HOME FOUND! I am so thrilled for Matilda! This sweet girl has waited for her FURever home and has now hit the jackpot! Matilda is now living in Dane Paradise with two other danes , other dogs and horses. She has lots of room to romp and play but being a Diva Dane her favorite place is on the sofa with her Dane Brother:) A HUGE Thank you to her Foster Family for getting her ready for her FURever home!
UPDATE! WOW what a loving foster home can do for a Lady! Matilda has blossomed in her foster home and is ready for a FURever home! Matilda loves her humans, especially her kids. Just because she is mature doesn't mean she doesn't have any play in her! Matilda has learned to be a polite house dog and enjoys spending time with her foster family taking walks or just watching a movie. Matilda is a sweet girl who has lived a hard six years prior to rescue. She came to rescue shy, frightened, and with few house manners. In her loving foster home she has blossomed and come out of her shell. What a loving sweet girl she is! She enjoys playing in the yard, says "howdy" to anyone passing by! She enjoys walks and rides well in the car. She has lived with other danes, cats and older children and so far has loved them all!
