Dash came to rescue with a love for life and a damaged leg. As it turns out Dash had already been through extensive surgery for a badly broken leg. While he may not have much use of the leg there are no surgical options to make it better. It doesn't slow him down much but it does make it hard to get up from the floor or to run on slick surfaces. Dash loves children and small dogs and he sooo wants to play. This dog has so much love to give and his disability has not dampened his spirit at all.
Lady has come to rescue because her family was in a tragic car accident and left unable to care for her. You can tell she has come from a loving family and has adjusted well to foster care. She is a mature lady who still has plenty of spunk. She currently is enjoying her life with her foster sisters and loves the affection of the big kids in the home. She is a sweet girl who deserves a loving FURever home to spend her golden years.
UPDATE!!! Good things come to those wait and Norman's patience has paid off with an AMAZING furever home who loves him sooo much!!! This was the 29th foster for his foster family and only happy tears over this one...yipeeee Norman!
Norman loves to play with the other big dog in his foster home and plays plays plays great with big dogs but is too ruff for small dogs and children.. .. He has no idea how big he is. Norman would do best in a home where someone is around during the day and not leave him crated long days on a regular basis. Norman does great in his crate, on the leash and riding in the car. He will explore counters and cabinets given the chance and his foster mom is working to teach him what is "paws off"! No cats or small kids!
Norman also is a "talker" and very vocal with his roo roo roo to get attention...
