Yesterday morning when we got up and went to do the morning feed and water routine we discovered that our beautiful baby boy, Paxton (the tri-colored wolf hybrid with the bi-color eyes), had passed away sometime in the night. We had no warning and are thus in complete shock. Especially since he was only approximately 6-7 months old. This is a tragic loss not only for us but for an entire community as well as wolves and hybrids everywhere because Paxton was going to be one of our ambassadors. So, our hearts break not only for our baby but for those who will now never get the opportunity to meet him and learn from him.
