Well after a long haul with the inlaws and I am sure they would agree, Geoff and I put an offer on a foreclosure in Mckinney and it was accepted. It will take about 45 plus days to close with the banks and stuff, but we are going to have more than one bath room, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, whoo hoo!!! Never thought i would be so excited about those. Esp the dishwasher!!! I ended up renting out the Farmers Branch house and now I will be three streets from my sister and sister in law!!
There is a game room upstairs with three bedrooms. Ella got to pick which room she wants and the color she wants changes hourly. Pink, brown, white, black, purple, yellow and orange. silly girl!!! We are not that fancy so the "formal dining room" we will use as an office. I just switched brokers and my real estate is starting to pick up a lot. Geoff is about to traveling to Asia a lot and I hope we can get moved in before he does that!!!
So now you know what I have been doing the last few weeks and will continue to be doing for the next few.....
