Why multiple Visa cards and not one big one? Anything over $750 requires the issuer to personalize the card with your name, and for it to be registered with your personal information including your date of birth, address, and a social security or drivers license number. So this way you keep your personal info.

Why can’t I use Paypal to get tickets? Paypal does not allow the selling of raffle tickets. Selling raffle tickets would be considered as gambling (technically, even if it’s to a good cause), and that would be against the Paypal Acceptable Use Policy.

Is the Raffle Ticket site securer? Yes is has been set up as a separate site to assure security.

How will I know if I win? We will notify the winner by phone and if you are not in the DFW area your prize will be mailed USPS Certified mail at no cost to you.

What is the money go to? We are an all volunteer group and our danes are in volunteer foster homes so all proceeds go directly to veterinary costs and the care of our danes. We do need to buy crates, insurance and minimal other expenses that comprise less than 10% of our overall budget.
